Suruchi Gaigavale

Suruchi is Outreach and Application Director at the Justice Education Project, where she leads engagement strategy and mentors applicants interested in criminal justice reform. She supports recruitment, external partnerships, and the development of JEP’s student research pipeline.

She is a Political Science student at San José State University with experience in technology and policy research. Her interdisciplinary background informs her interest in data-driven public policy and institutional reform. Outside of her academic work, she teaches, values hands-on community engagement, and remains actively involved in musical performance.
