
Dana Elquza
Dana Elquza is a junior at Yorba Linda High School with a strong interest in law, research, and youth advocacy. She competes in Mock Trial at both the national and international level and works as a debate coach supporting younger students in developing their voices and ideas. She is also the founder of a nonprofit initiative focused on amplifying immigrant and first generation stories through creative writing. Outside of academics, Dana is an active activist, writer, and public speaker who enjoys engaging in conversations around justice, identity, and community impact.
As Research Director at JEP, Dana is interested in helping students explore meaningful topics through thoughtful research and collaboration. She hopes to study law in the future and pursue a career as either a criminal defense attorney or an international human rights lawyer.
